Feel your freshness

Even though a pumpkin's skin looks hard and leathery, the orange gourds are actually full of all kinds of goodness for your face. Pumpkins contain enzymes that act as natural exfoliants, eating away dead skin and leaving you with a brighter complexion. Its high in a slew of skin-loving ingredients, like vitamin A, Vitamin C, and zinc. So when you're scooping that goop out during your yearly carving session, save a little to smear on your face.

Ingredients:
1 cup pumpkin (canned or taken straight from the source)
2 tablespoons plain yogurt
2 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons crushed almonds
1/8 tsp olive oil
Mix all of the ingredients together and apply to clean skin. Leave on for 10 minutes, then wipe off.
